Fury - Burn The Earth

Hailing from Worcester, Fury are a 4 piece metal band who take thrash and 80s metal stylings and blend them with a melodic spin, creating a unique sound and making them a band you should certainly be keeping your eye on!
Their recently released 4 track EP is clear evidence of what they have to offer and why they should be on your radar. Picking up where it’s predecessor left off, Burn The Earth is underground British metal at its best and has really exceeded all expectations.
Title track Burn The Earth is compelling listening and kicks things off perfectly. Straight in there with a mental guitar riff and pounding drums, it really sets the tone of the EP. Singer Julian Jenkins vocals hit that perfect level of melody to still keep the song sounding fierce, they have the balance just right. Dangerous World is reminiscent of something Metallica could have produced back in the day, while Into The Dark is exactly that, dark. Intense and brooding, it is enormous sounding, one i feel would sound epic live. EP closer Life Eternal is heavy, aggressive, fast and leaves you wanting more. The speed and power of this track shows how skilled the musicianship of Fury is. Great stuff.
I really cannot urge you enough to check out this band. They are flying the flag high for British metal and i doubt it will be long before they get to the top!
